The thistle has long been one of Scotland’s most enduring symbols—a flower that manages to be both beautiful and formidable. In this botanical design, richly colored thistles rise among delicate sprigs of purple heather, their twisting stems and leaves creating the look of a vintage botanical illustration gathered straight from the Highlands.
And then there’s the tiny bee.
Hovering beside the blooms, it adds a little life and whimsy to the garden—a small detail you might not notice at first, but one that makes the design all the more charming when you do.
Created for our premium eco tote, this artwork was intentionally kept free of words and obvious references. It’s simply a celebration of Scotland, wildflowers and the quiet beauty found in nature. Against the warm natural fabric, the vivid purples and layered greens give it the feeling of a botanical print discovered in an old field journal.
With its roomy, gusseted construction, it’s made for books, market finds, travel essentials and everyday treasures.
A little piece of the Highlands, with a very small visitor along for the journey.

Production & Delivery Estimates
Made Especially for You!
Every print-on-demand product at The Heathered Ridge is created especially for you after you place your order. Producing items on demand helps reduce overproduction and make more thoughtful use of resources.
Production typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, followed by shipping transit time.
Based on recent orders, standard U.S. delivery averages approximately 9 calendar days from the date you place your order until it arrives at your door. Some orders arrive in as few as 4–5 days, while others may take two weeks or longer.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Because products may be made at different fulfillment locations, items purchased together may arrive in separate packages at different times. Separate shipments do not automatically mean additional shipping charges.
