We want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Because we offer both carefully curated gift boxes and made-to-order merchandise, shipping times and fulfillment may vary depending on what you purchase.
Gift Boxes (coming 2027)
Gift boxes are carefully packed and shipped directly from The Heathered Ridge.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
When our gift boxes become available in 2027, any special shipping arrangements or rates will be clearly communicated before checkout.
Print-on-Demand Products (available now)
Production & Delivery Times
The Heathered Ridge print-on-demand products are made especially for you by my print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Most orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, availability, and order volume, particularly during busy seasons such as Christmas. If you're ordering for a special occasion or holiday, I encourage you to order early to allow extra time for production and delivery.
Production time does not include shipping transit time. Delivery times depend on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier conditions.
Based on recent orders, standard U.S. deliveries have averaged approximately 9 calendar days from the date an order is placed until it arrives at your door. Some orders have arrived in as few as 4–5 days, while others have taken 16 days.
Please note: These are estimates based on recent experience, not guaranteed delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary, and I cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times, but you will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order is fulfilled in more than one shipment.

Print-On-Demand Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.99 on orders under $99.
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders of $99 or more.
These rates apply to our current merchandise collection. Shipping arrangements for future specialty products or gift boxes may differ and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Orders with a Gift Box and a Print-On-Demand Product
If your order contains both a gift box and a print-on-demand product, your items will ship separately and arrive at different times.
This is because gift boxes are shipped directly by The Heathered Ridge, while print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, but once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times. Because The Heathered Ridge is located in the mountains of North Carolina, winter weather such as snow and ice may occasionally affect our ability to safely prepare and ship gift boxes. If weather or other circumstances cause a delay in shipping your gift box or another item shipped directly from The Heathered Ridge, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at beth@theheatheredridge.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you realize that you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at beth@theheatheredridge.com. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.
