Thank you for shopping with The Heathered Ridge!

We want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Because we offer both carefully curated gift boxes and made-to-order merchandise, shipping times and fulfillment may vary depending on what you purchase.

Gift Boxes

Gift boxes are carefully packed and shipped directly from The Heathered Ridge.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our products—including tees, totes, hats, mugs, and other merchandise—are made to order specifically for you.

These products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Most print-on-demand orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, followed by shipping to your delivery address. Actual delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.

You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Orders with Multiple Products

If your order contains both a gift box and a print-on-demand product, your items will ship separately and arrive at different times.

This is because gift boxes are shipped directly by The Heathered Ridge, while print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, but once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times. Because The Heathered Ridge is located in the mountains of North Carolina, winter weather such as snow and ice may occasionally affect our ability to safely prepare and ship gift boxes. If weather or other circumstances cause a delay in shipping your gift box or another item shipped directly from The Heathered Ridge, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. 

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at beth@theheatheredridge.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to help. 

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you realize that you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at beth@theheatheredridge.com. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.
