The Heathered Ridge Grand Opening Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Heathered Ridge Grand Opening Giveaway is sponsored by The Heathered Ridge, Lansing, North Carolina (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins October 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit the Grand Opening Giveaway page at theheatheredridge.com during the giveaway period and complete the official entry form with your first name, last name, and email address.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple submissions do not increase the chances of winning. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase, payment, or newsletter subscription is required.
5. Prizes
Three winners will each receive one of the following prize packages:
First Prize — The Ridge Grand Prize

Third Prize — Blue Ridge Bundle
NC Mountains Pom-Pom Beanie, Blue Ridge Winter Woods Market Bag, Take Me Home to Fraser's Ridge Spiral Notebook, NC Botanical Coaster, 8 assorted stickers, and a $10 The Heathered Ridge Digital Gift Card.
Digital gift cards will be issued electronically to the respective winners and may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at theheatheredridge.com, subject to the gift card terms and applicable law.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three potential winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries on or about October 24, 2026. The first name drawn will receive the First Prize, the second the Second Prize, and the third the Third Prize.
Potential winners will be contacted using the email addresses provided at entry and must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Shipping and Taxes
Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs to eligible U.S. addresses. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prizes.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or involve fraud, automated submissions, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact potential winners, in accordance with The Heathered Ridge Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are optional and are not required for entry.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or Shopify.
